Tribu performance[+] membership

Need a bridge from physical therapy back to performance? Like having the accountability of someone helping your programming? This is a membership option available only after you have completed your physical therapy care. You meet with Dr. Mary 1x/month for follow up to keep you in peak performance. If you have finished your rehab at another facility, a Tribu Initial Assessment is required to best guide you in your care with us. Pricing flyer located at the bottom of this page.
